This thread has a surprising amount of Doug actually. I don't hear a lot of stand up fans talk about him, more of a niche crowd. Just rewatched all his latest specials.
Edit: and more Anthony Jesselnik because I've been listening to him a lot on Grooveshark (where you can get all these stand up specials free).

Pandora + Grooveshark bro. Just leave it running in the background. Personally I think it's less distracting than music and more light.

I thought Bill Burr was pretty good in his past specials but a little tiresome after hearing him just yell all the time for over an hour. But this new one, holy fuck of LOL. He found his sweet spot. I can't remember ever laughing so hard watching something by myself. It's like after 20 years of doing it he's finally got it.
Really getting into Bill Burr's podcast. I think he's officially funniest alive for me. His specials are solid and each one of his podcasts are funny. They're all free online and worth a listen.
John Mulaney is coming out with a new special that I'm dying for, not too many good clean comics.
Dave Chappellle... All his recent stuff of his I saw was not great at all. Apparently this new special he has coming out for HBO is supposed to be amazing, I haven't seen any clips yet though. Could be an amazing comeback.
I'm officially a Bill Hicks fan. I always respected him just didn't like his humor (preference), but it's grown on me. Bill Hicks story on Netflix is worth a watch.
