If you take away the pre-trial stress, It's as easily said *as* done.

You keep your stash (keep it hidden from ebay's civil suit of course) and sit in your bunk reading and writing for 2-3 years until parole. Some of the best literature and poetry has been written in prison.

The article said he had already reached a civil settlement with eBay so I'd imagine he had to give a pile of cash back to them, which is probably why he only got 5 months vs 5 years.

This, 5 years of worrying about a possible 20 years in a prison full of sociopaths, gangs ect would be hell. Stay legit bros money ain't everything.

Gee, poor guy. He's going to have to spend 5 months in club fed, playing bocche ball and chess with other while collar multi-millionaires who got on the wrong side of the government.

To hell with Harvard Business school. I'm going to piss the FTC off, and go to club fed.

He's not going to a supermax from the popular hit series Oz. Internet crimes, minus cyberterrorism, are min security material.

I was watching a documentary where the guy went into one prison and the prisoners actually started giving him candy as he walked in. He broke down crying cuz he felt so happy at their simple acts of kindness.

inb4 they raped him later for the candy treats, but I don't think Shawn will get any buttrapes in his time there.
