Since Eli started with the personal questions I have one for you too; my fiance has really small boobs, which I am fine with, but she hates. Shes always wanted to get fake tits but has never had an extra $8k sitting around to get them. Now I don't really want her to get fake tits but I could buy them for her and make her really happy, again, I don't think she should get them but she does. On the other hand I think it would be cooll owning a girls boobs :D Any ideas?

(Oh and fuck off, you don't get any pics)
 


Hate the silicon... especially the scars ( which most have) -- makes me pukey. Tell her that she looks great the way she is... send her to the gym and make her more fit. Forget the fake titties.

And oh... this thread is worseless without the pics. :p
 
question: have you ever felt fake tits?

The few I have felt i've had very mixed reactions. If they were expensive and well done implants they are fucking amazing and i honestly had no idea until they told me! if they are regular and cheap implants then they feel fake and you wish you were grabbing boobies instead of baggies.

So if you haven't felt fake tits before I'd play the freebie, i need to decide card with your wife and have her let you go out and a feel a couple. I'm sure if she wants them bad enough she'd have no problem with them. you're the one who has to live with them to after all. You may like 'em you may hate 'em.

I used to be major anti-implants until i got up close and personal with some very well done ones. Now its like fake boobies rock! So I can definitely understand someone swaying on the decision especially if it involves their wife.

btw if she does definitely have them go through the armpits to avoid the scars.
 
bleh, I hate how people can't seem to love themselves for who/what they are. nobody's perfect.
 
It depends

in this question you really have to differentiate

so if you dick is so big and does not fit between her tits, then get her some fake boobies

but if you dick is small anyway, than do not care about it

See the thing is she is in great shape, she only weighs 115 pounds, she just has small tits and the good implants these days leave no scars what so ever.
 
I would do it if you think it was long term, imagine you split up and some other guy is touching your boobs.
 
Well, tell her to look at some of the more gruesome effects on botched titty jobs on the net (can't google it now, I am at work).

Also make her aware of the risks and that she'll need to re-do the surgery every X (I think 7) years.

If she STILL wants to do it then, she's got more nerve than most.

Make sure you have a great plastic surgeon in your area, like Eli said,
Good boob job = Soft big beautiful tits
Bad boob job = Hard mounds of Silicone
