Since Eli started with the personal questions I have one for you too

Figured you would like a woman's opinion on this ;)

My first (and final) opinion is to tell her no fucking way and she has beautiful perky breasts. Tell her she will forever be able to wear a tank top with out a bra.

However, that being said. I've never had this issue, I've always been perfectly happy with mine. So this opinion comes from a woman who doesn't know what it's like to be obsessed and miserable about her boobs. I do have other things that as soon as I have money to blow I fully intend on doing. Starting with the teeth. ( I had braces and my smile is fine but I want a PERFECT smile<--- see I know a little bit about ridiculous obsessions)

If she's truly that obsessed with it, she's not going to let up until she gets them. (so like telling teenagers not to have sex but when they do , to wear a condom) Please tell her to only get B cup or no higher than a small C. It's ridiculous and obvious when woman go overboard. And to pay the extra bucks for a fantastic surgeon. Also have her look into implants and health risks with articles like this one Health Risks of Breast Augmentation with Breast Implants .
 


You never mentioned how you feel about fake titties. You like, you don't like, you don't care...?! I never had any experiences with them so I can't say for sure, but I think I'd be happy with the visual improvement and less happy while actually touching them.

I've only ever touch shitty hard fake tits and I don't like them, but like Eli said, the new expensive ones are supposed to be really good, so I'm sure I wouldn't mind them.

A good surgeon will only go to a B or small C if he doesn't have alot of breast to work with to start... if he says he can make them huge get the fuck out of there (heard this from a good plastic surgeon in Los Angeles). And from what Ive seen (felt), woman with little to work with end up with harder, faker looking boobs. Its the chicks that already had big B or small C's that get porn star tits that are soft and beautiful. But I bet a good surgeon could tell you alot more than wickedfire.

Edit: Not that I haven't seen a good boob job on a smaller breasted female, because I have. Ive just never felt them.

Yes, that's the smallest. Well actually, there's like AA I think, but that may just be for like training bras.

So yeah, that's really small.

I have known girls who have had boobs jobs and those who *actually* do it (meaning they had the guts and knew the pain and possible/future issues, and STILL went for it), for them it made a dramatic impact on their lives. It can be a REALLY big mental issue for some people. To that end, I know it can be very, very powerful for women who feel strongly about it.

A friend just took care of his girlfriend through a boob job (she paid for it), and he said it was hard (she was in a ton of pain and the meds made her a bit loopy), but it was over pretty quickly and he likes the results. :)

I agree that you have to know what you like. There really is a big difference, and I think a lot has to do with what the girl had prior and how good the doctor is. Some are just really fake feeling, and that could get old I would guess. As far as scars, not all docs can go through the armpit - it's a case by case thing. They even do through the belly button now!

If getting a boob job would truly improve her life because it's something that's *that* big of a deal, and you can give that to her, I say goferit. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but if you love her, that's an amazing gift - it goes way beyond boobs.

Word of warning . . .

Me, I had the opposite problem, my wifes natural ones were too big and caused back pain, so guess what? I got to spend 7k getting them taken down. Ouch.
 
You shouldn't go under the knife unless you're ill. We're not machines; you can't take one part out and stick in another with no consequences ...

There are beast enlargement pills. I think the active ingredient is an extract of hops, one of the ingredients of beer. They're even in my health food store!

I read about a girl who drank a pint of Guinness a day for a month, and her breasts got bigger.

So Google the above, and save umpteen thousand bucks.

Also, a newly confident girlfriend can go off with someome else.

This bears repeating because this happened to someone I know personally as well. Also have heard of it happening to other people. If as Laura points out this could be a life-changing experience and could make her feel differently about a lot of things, it might change how she feels about you. Yes, she might be eternally grateful and might never stop trying to think up ways to thank you.:338: On the other hand, she might decide she's too good for you and leave you for some other wanker.:mad::repuke:

So carefully consider the risks involved from every angle before you make a decision.
 
If she does it, tell her to get smaller natural ones and not F's. Every girl I know that gets them, gets so much attention and confidence that they want to go even bigger. Just buy her enough to fill up her shirt and not enough for EVERYONE to instantly know that they are fake.

I couldn't agree more. It's like these women take their insecurity and magnify Xs 10 (literally). However, I did see a woman the other day at the store with fake boobs. They were no more than a C and you knew they were fake only because she was like 60 and they were up to her chin. Still if that's they way you're gonna go, I guess you could do worse.
