He's running web hosting that won't give him up, registered the domain through a company that won't give him up, and isn't taking advertising.
That means the only way to identify him is on the credit card processing side, which he probably also has with a "freedom-oriented" company.
I think it will be very hard to put him in jail(even assuming he's breaking the law) or sue him.
It's been quite awhile since I tried to track someone down and ended up with little more information than I started with.
The owner of this site is basically a Drew Myers who goes through the trouble to plan this out properly.
Except most countries have defamation and/or extortion laws. And the ones that don't normally have a "kill that guy for $100" policy.
Ripoff Report is protected because of the CDA and because they don't remove content as a blanket policy. This guy is outright saying he'll remove it, for a charge; and is only protected by the CDA if he is based out of the US.
Yeah, try to find out what country the guy is in even, and you'll run into some serious roadblocks. You can't sue someone you can't find, and this guy is a pain in the ass to find.
The only that indicates who it may be at all is the ripoffreport I linked to earlier, but that appears to have gone nowhere and the guy doesn't show how he came to that conclusion.

Anybody know how well those mugshot sites do? Similar to this, they have people who have been booked into jail with their crimes and mugshots from when they are booked into county jail. It costs roughly $100-$200 to remove your name, D.O.B., picture, height, weight, eye & hair color, bail amount, alleged crimes, etc.
I suppose this "possible prostitute" is worse seeing as it publishes phone numbers and addresses... Can they get in trouble though? I mean look at the newspapers publishing gun owner's personal information too. The only difference is the extortion of paying to be removed.
I personally wouldn't go into this venture because it seems pretty risky, but at the moment it seems too small to draw that much attention. Plus I could see it getting around the media and shit and it being published that ANYONE can submit anyone else and that absolutely nothing is verified so this site is totally bogus and is a scam. I could see it getting a lot of traffic, but I doubt many would pay the $100 to remove it.

Ah, I assumed that is where the idea for this type of website came from.. I still want to know what kind of revenue those sites that store mugshots/booking information and charges for the removal actually makes.. I feel like this type of site would make even less than those, but ya never know.
