Friend showed me that shit a while ago, while disturbing - I've been on the internet a long mother fucking time and nothing ever bothered me as much as this...

I felt sick for a day, but I was only like 14 at the time.... I was too curious for my own good.

I'm curious to know if those guys would get a discount should they ever elect to have Gender Reassignment Surgery?

I would think they'd get charged more, since considering the manner they mutilated themselves, may lead to difficulties in performing a proper procedure. (especially since most of the time, they don't discard the penis, they scoop out the inside of it, then roll it back up inside of you so that your penis head material can serve as your new clitoris).

True, and the Scrotum gets stuffed with fat that's been sucked from elsewhere to form the the Mons area of the new Vagina/Mangina. (Though I've heard tales of them just grinding up the testicles for the Mons area if the patient can't afford the extra cost of the Lipo. lol)

Would you believe they had a sex change video on discovery channel few months back. Flipped it on right when they were scooping the shaft out.
 
How I found it? A friend of mine showed it to right before (about 5 min) a skydive and I was fucking thinking about he vid the whole jump and messed it all up.
