I am willing to pay +200$/mo for this kind of service if it is reliable and trustworthy.

I'm pretty sure there could be easily dozens of costumers if the list provider has good reputation & service quality.

Here's the problem: it's subjective.

Everyone has different strategies, so what you might consider a good backlink provider, I might think it's shit. And vice versa.

If I knew some quality backlink providers, I would be using them for my own needs and rank good instead of giving them away to others.

Not only is it subjective, but why would someone spend their time and money figuring out what the best links to buy are and then sell the list to someone for $200-300? Anyone willing to do that is either not making any money, or just straight retarded. If the links were worth anything, the person should be making bank and not shooting themselves in the foot selling their resources for what boils down to very little money in the grand scheme.
