Stan I think you will get that with just about any big name PC or notebook.....? Overall it seems like a good unit.
cool im definately going for the Sony.......

My 2 cents: I've owned 2 dells and the hinges broke on BOTH. I'm a die hard IBM thinkpad or bust kind of guy as I've knocked mine off a wall that was about 8 feet high and it didn't even phase it in the least. Only problem is the biggest screen they make it 15 inch. Wish they had a 17. By the way those new Powerbooks that run Vista look pretty sweet![]()
never buy a sony
the minute you turn it on.. you'll regret it
it's got so much of sony's spamware and crap that you'll spend hours uninstalling it
or you'll need to do a clean system install from the very beginning .. but either way, waste of time
Dell did the same thing for my XPS notebook as far as putting tons of crap on it. But I found a nifty program online that removes all the crap in a minute. Then I just manually went in and took care of the rest. Problem solved and my computer is blazing fast and happy.
btw i used an HP desktop before I got my Dell. I hate HP with a passion, it's not just the stuff they install on your computer, but the are butt ugly machines too.
<3 XPS M1210
I've got an XPS 1710. I'd love to have a link to that program.
I would go for a dell, instead of Vaio. I have a dell laptop that i have been using for the last 3 years. The laptop works great and I have nothing to complain ago.
With Vaio, you are paying a lot just for the "Sony" brand name.
