Staying regular on a long vacation

Just relax. I'm a nomad. I been traveling consistently for 2 years now.

Same thing used to happen to me. Try to keep the same diet.

Mag glycinate is easily absorbed. I take 400 mg per day and it works like a charm. If you need an emergency evac, try magnesium citrate. Just stay near the john. I've never tried it (never needed to), but fun stories abound (think explosive).

I got this stuff to help me move more bricks and it just didn't work for me. I've tried up to 600mg before bed or in the morning, drinking loads of water all day and it never seems to have an effect on me :bootyshake:
 
slow shit theory: this is just darwinism at work -- it's a remnant of the human survival mechanism whereby your body consciously holds onto waste until you feel safe in your new surroundings. the retentiveness ensures that your immediate surroundings do not emanate strong odors which would attract predation.

once you've broken the seal physically, you'll also break the seal psychologically
