This is a stupid thread, the ideology of the supreme court hasn't shifted at all. There are still 4 conservative judges (Thomas, Roberts, Alito and Scalia), one moderate (Kennedy), and 4 liberal judges (Ginsberg, Breyer, Sotomayor and whomever replaces Stevens). There will be some small changes within (Scalia is now the most senior justice overall, Ginsberg is the most senior liberal justice) which will decide which justice gets to craft the judicial opinions. Anyways this is a non-starter, the check and balance system hasn't shift from this announcement.
