I agree. After the "suicide scare" here after ASE, surprised anyone would be indulged in the supposed comedy of the story. It would have been tragic if he died... but the simultaneous tragedy and triumph of a "failed attempt" is something that will either haunt him for life or lead him to try it again.

I hope he views this as a blessing and turns things around.
