I do, but each person is an individual so if you don't think for a minute that nobody can preform brain surgery on LSD just because some can't. It's those few doctors that turn their patients into vegetables that ruin it for all of us.
I also place blame on the paranoid business owners who prefer being PC over having quality employees that do their job. Stoners are people too.

I'm one of "those" people and am way more productive when high as a kite. I can work circles around 99% of the population.
Of course, none of this matters as I don't work for the man ... needless to say, I don't piss test myself.
Sadly it's also a huge insurance liability. If your covering a company you get to make the rules. I don't know what kind of data is really out there that supports that weed use increases the amount of accidents in a work environment. That would be an interesting study.
Heh, I'm pretty much the most un-pc type of guy you could meet, but if one of my employees turned up to work stoned I would probably sack them, and definatly send them home, same if they were pissed or on LSD. There's a lot more to it than being pc.

Well, being high/drunk/stoned AT work is clearly unacceptable... but I agree what people do on their own time is entirely a private matter, and it's bullshit that employers are looking into it.
The only exception of course are people who's employment lives by their reflexes (military, emergency services, aviation & transport, etc.) and people who have to be above the community norm in terms of "moral standards" due to the nature of their work (legal work, law enforcement, etc.)

Don't do drugs at work if you are an insurance liability. If your job is not "high risk", toke as much as you can handle. I certainly don't have a problem with the guy bringing pizzas to my house being high ... nor the guy pouring my 7&7

At work maybe, depends how bad / circumstances. I would defiantly send them home, they would be a liability. Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm out on the piss all the time, and do my fair share of class A's, just not at work.
