scientologists use a test very similar to this, they call it a "Personality Test" to see how much of a "Team" player you are. When I first moved to Clearwater about half of the job interviews went too required you to take it before being considered.

determining tendencies based on answers to a series of questions... agreed, its some mystical kind of unicorn magic.
