FWIW, I've found quality leads make all the difference in the world. If you have a list of people who need your service cold calling is easy.

My words of advice build a relationship first, sell later--it makes it very easy actually.

Props to the OP and great thread.
 
Sorry to bump an old thread but I just read this today. I need to find someone to do some cold calling for me. My former boss used to charge a monthly fee of something like $18,500 for what amounted to mostly me doing financial lead gen and having some consultants for copywriting / design for print materials when needed. Seems almost ridiculous to chase dollars from an affiliate program ;)

Willing to provide any other helpful info? :) I'm going to be starting doing this and have started putting together a sales mindmap, script, etc. Going to start myself and then move out to get TSR's hired.

Have you moved more towards seo services or still selling websites primarily? In the other thread you made it sound like you were switching to seo/places?

Your TSR, hourly pay? Commission only? I've been talking with several others who do this and have seen some of both. Wanted to see what you were doing and how it was working.
