Too funny!! Now to date myself I have seen Pantera, Maiden, Tesla & Sepultura live in concert prior to those CD's in your changer in 95-lol

P.S. I know Tesla does not really belong in this list-ha ...but Modern Day Cowboy is a great song.

My favorite "metal" band is actually progressive metal, Dream Theater. Their albums, "Train of Thought", "Systematic Chaos" and "Black Clouds & Silver Linings" are kick ass metal albums!

Lately, I've really getting into the album "The Great of Two Evils" by Anthrax. It is a bunch of Joey Belladonna era songs rerecorded and sung by John Bush, who IMHO is the better of the two singers for Anthrax.

Also, I have been getting heavily into Nightwish and Within Temptation lately.

1. Enslaved - Axioma Ethica Odini (Opeth-esque)
2. Alcest - Ecailles De Lune (very doomy, what Agalloch's new album SHOULD sound like)

Pissed I missed out on this Enslaved so long.

Also enjoyed the new Bad Religion album this morning.
