I just wanted to say that it was really nice to be able to pick up a phone and call Adam; many of the services that I have bought on WF are done through PM and email....not that email is horrible but the availability to pick up the phone and call someone is really nice to have.
Yesterday I received a very detailed email from Adam following up about some the answers to my questions during our phone call that I had for Google Places.
Anyone who is placing or thinking about using Adam's (BlueSteel) service should feel very confident in his knowledge of Google Places. I am not sure about his service yet since I haven't placed an order but I will be placing an order in January. I will write a detailed review about the CREATURE after wards.

also, i wanted to ask a question here that i think others will also want to know. are the phone numbers provided transferrable? if so, how does this work (in case we want to take full control over the listing)?

Thanks Fallen and another good question. We are pleased to offer number mgmt, including: call fwd, whisper, tracking(monthly reports), call menus, etc. However, in said situation it is very simple to have the number ported over to you provider. You would very simply call your provider and ask them to begin the transfer and we would ask our provider to release the number. Not much different from a domain transfer.

Yes - this is something we have recently added to our virtual number offerings. This is an excellent addition to reports and provides your clients with another avenue to measure your efforts and successes.
Since we have begun working as an outsource option for SEO agencies we have found a lot of them are missing the boat in the transferability of their listings. Having a virtual number makes it that much easier to quickly send leads to different clients if you current client decides to jump ship or cant afford your rates. The best way to ensure for the future is to create a more general listing as if you were selling leads. Otherwise, you may find that you are missing many opportunities to extend the life of listings beyond one client, compromising your ability to make even more money.
Call Reports are provided on a monthly basis.
As many of you already know, we are currently working on a whisper function. Although pretty self explanatory, it essentially lets your client know you are sending them a lead right before connecting the call. ie "This lead was sent to you by XYZ SEO Agency, we will not connect your call."

It's a bit tricky trying to target multiple areas with one keyword set. My recommendation would be to type in "cell phones" or some general keyword that triggers places listing. Then copy the address into 3-5 different browsers depending on how many cities you are aiming to target. In each tab change the custom location to each respective city and compare he listing results. When you get cities grouped together super closely like this, occasionally there is overlap. My guess is there will not be.
Either way, I always suggest being a big more specific with your keyword choice, including both the cityname and keyword ie "citname keyword" or the inverse. You will find that the majority of quality searches for a service/product in a city will also type in the cityname.

its a one time payment service or monthly service... ? i'll have to pay monthly for the virtual address and virtual phone number monthly...?
as far as i know, for google places there must be a phone number and address mentioned on that listing... plz explain this thing in detail as i don't want monthly payments...

It is a one time payment service unless you choose differently. Virtual addresses are free and virtual phone numbers are monthly payments if will see call traffic ($10/mo for unlimited incoming, including reporting features etc). Some alternatives include Kall8 and Skype. Google requires a phone number and address.
In more competitive industries, we do suggest you subscribe to our monthly maintenance package at $60/mo but it is very much up to you. This maintenance package inlcudes 2-3 reviews and 2-3 citations per week.
