The Cultural Collapse Theory

@Moxie
Nice.

@Unarmed Gunman

So.. you

a) cite a study from 17 years ago - 1997
b) buy into the sensationalist title of the study
c) don't even notice the bad methods they used

Now, the study TEXT says (not the title):
...the most reliable indicator of violent crime in a community is the proportion of fatherless families....

There is a difference here, we are now looking at a community with a lot of fatherless families.

The premise that single parent families cause crime is not supported by this.
a) FATHERless - single parent households are also father only, so MOTHERLESS, this is not included in this study
b) community level - not family level

I think point B is salient here. Where do you find communities without fathers?
Low socioeconomic parts of the society, which comes with a lot more problems than just not having daddy around.

And to share some of the more modern science:
(Note: I changed the layout for better readability, but source is included)
Individual risk factors:
antisocial behavior
emotional factors
cognitive development
hyperactivity

Family risk factors:
parenting
maltreatment
family violence
divorce
parental psychopathology
familial antisocial behaviors
teenage parenthood
family structure
family size

Peer risk factors:
association with deviant peers
peer rejection

School and community risk factors identified and reviewed were inclusive of themselves.

Interventions are discussed in the arenas of individual, family, peers, school, and community.
The Study Group stresses that the focus on risk factors is the key to preventing child delinquency.
To prevent child delinquency and its escalation in serious juvenile and adult offending, intervention methods must account for the wide range of individual, family, peer, school, and community risk factors.

It simply is not as cut and dry when it comes to juvenile delinquency risk and resiliency factors.

For my point c (bad methodology)

According to a 1993 Metropolitan Life Survey, "Violence in America's Public Schools," 71 percent of teachers and 90 percent of law enforcement officials state that the lack of parental supervision at home is a major factor that contributes to the violence in schools. Sixty-one percent of elementary students and 76 percent of secondary children agree with this assessment.

So.. they use an even older survey (we are at 21 years back now) by an insurance company, and then cite the agreement of elementary students and secondary children? :D

Also, the one study I cited before actually shows the more salient debate:
Does juvenile delinquency lead to adult delinquency? Even that is highly debated.

We are getting sidetracked!
So the guy included some interesting things in his article. And even those are debatable. This does not make anything else valid.

It stays racist mouthbreather bullshit, hiding his fear of women behind "anti feminist" propaganda.

Single mother families aren't good for boys.... You need a strong masculine figure for boys to grow up well adjusted.

"war on drugs": It was mocked in Nancy Reagan's day. It's mocked today.

Pot: A valuable commodity in Nancy Reagan's day, irregular both in supply and quality. Today it's legal/near legal and one bong load will stop your day in its tracks.

Heroin: Outside of select junkie cliques it was near non-existent and impossible to find in Nancy Reagan's day. Today suburban high schools are awash with heroin - not sure what's worse the ODs or the general laziness.

Summation: Heroin is cheaper and more plentiful than pot was 20 years ago. Bastard rate for US black babies is 70%+ (up from 40% 20 years ago). Fat single white mom's with fading tramp stamps is ... up exponentially from 20 years ago, take my fucking word for it.

So we took prayer out of the school and it's been replaced with flying bullets and heroin.

This post a suppository, emp. If you shove it up your ass you might then see that culture collapsed.

Pick Up Bro for President 2016.

Hah, yeah, that was tongue in cheek.

I have no idea about the US, but in Europe, the high times of Heroin have not returned since the 90s

(Surprisingly difficult to find stats on this)

Seems all drug use is going down?

::emp::

Of course it is - you might not live in this country, but you are armed with the knowledge of some random fucking graph to tell me what I know to be true is actually false.

One snapshot in a tragic national picture: Long Island sees exploding heroin use - Reynolds says he's seen a seven-fold increase in patients in the past five years -- 80% of them from heroin and other opiates. Users often don't fit the stereotype of the heroin addict. Many are cheerleaders, athletes and straight-A students from loving homes.

High school I went to - no one did it or knew anyone who did, let alone knew where to "score" it. We found beer, we found pot, shrooms, even terrible, expensive coke for prom nights - and that was enough. Same school today is riddled with heroin users, a "nice" town no less.

Face it, culture collapsed. Junior high schoolers routinely nut in their girlfriend's faces because they've been watching it done that way online for the past 10 years. That never occurred to even the most perverted of my crew.

Tebow? Villain. Michael Sam? Hero. We're done here. Finished.

If there are so many thirsty dudes clamoring after them to choose from, they can set whichever expectation they want. Free market & supply and demand, brah.

You can't berate women, call them messed up in the head and then when you get rejected blame them of having "unrealistic standards" and going for those other dudes who aren't calling them messed up in the head.

There's thirsty dudes clamoring to fuck them. The women think they're clamoring to be with them because of some intangible "essence" that makes them uber-special.

The difference generally doesn't sink in until their youth and beauty fades and they realize most of the men were only after them for their pussy, at which point it's too late anyways, because a younger, similarly deluded crop has replaced them, and the cycle continues in perpetuity. Then they become bitter, old spinsters. You can see this anywhere you look. It's part of the reason why Western men mostly view Western women as sleeping partners for the most part; as girlfriends or potential wives they're disasters.

There's a lot of reasons Roosh is correct and a lot of reasons the intelligentsia here smear him, although it is rather amusing to watch a bunch of degenerate scammers deride a pickup artist for his lack of intellect and credentials.

But just take a look at all those in this thread disagreeing with Roosh and you just "might" start to see a pattern in where they stand on the political spectrum. Hmm. Well that's an odd coincidence.
