damned if you do damned if you don't. both sides are the same thing - spend and regulate. vote libertarian.
well bush supporters are just a different species in my book. they are genetically inferior. pull back the human flesh and you will find a cockroach.

I can't turn on the tv without seeing a half a dozen "natural male enhancement " commercials, if those scoundrels are still doing big business, under the FTC's watchful eye, I think a few of us will survive.

spot on ... the ones not on FB are just waiting for the government to ship out laptops and provide nationwide internet as a stimulus package

lol, i really don't think you could asked for more of a bias input then asking a affiliate related forum. lol

no one really knows, most of our "business models" rely on this and we will be pissed if it changes but alot of people thought the same way when they introduced can-spam complaince, sure some got caught and had huge fines and federal jail time. if anything this is probably what will happen some of the big names will get busted unless they follow the guidelines.

they just have to punish the huge blog network owners a few times and they will sell out all your information to the FTC

e-mail was probably a bad example since on how e-mail was created. but i'm sure the ones that have been caught up thought it could never end for them, i wonder if they changed there minds since some are in a federal prision:liebe028:

just try not to believe all the "no it wont work" because clearly it can. also i've been on this forum since nov-2008 and haven't really "used" this forum because of the type of advise you get is mostly like this... read the next thread link provided

Is there a place one can go to "buy" legit testimonials?

e.g. all someone needs to do is create the business "Testimonials Are Us", and for a fee we pay, try our product, and give an "honest" review, and allow us to print their name, pic, quote, etc. Of course this won't work for weight loss before/after pics, but the person might be able to vouch theyve lost a few pounds on the product, etc.

These type of companies might just pop out of the woodwork everywhere, all you have to do is pay these guys a special fee to get your positive testimonials, if you know what I mean.

Hell that happens already for TV ads Roundabout. Like those stupid "i eat a bacteria infested yogurt and feel great" ads, real testimonials on camera courtesy of a $1000 check...

Oh noes

Eh, I'm from the UK but I don't see that as a get out clause.

Partyhat said it how it is.

THE STORY DEPICTED ON THIS SITE AND THE PERSON DEPICTED IN THE STORY ARE NOT REAL. RATHER, THIS STORY IS BASED ON THE RESULTS THAT SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THESE PRODUCTS HAVE ACHIEVED. THE RESULTS PORTRAYED IN THE STORY AND IN THE COMMENTS ARE ILLUSTRATIVE, AND MAY NOT BE THE RESULTS THAT YOU ACHIEVE WITH THESE PRODUCTS. THIS PAGE RECEIVES COMPENSATION FOR CLICKS ON OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FEATURED ON THIS SITE.

I just drop that shit in the footer and never use the word free. I also write from the perspective of somebody who's an expert in the field, not from somebody who's tried the product. People talk a lot of shit about the FTC ruining AM lives, but it's really not hard to get a flog in to line. You can be compliant and profitable. Google still won't give a shit, but that's just the way it is.
