Australian rock lobster in Cheese sauce. If you love lobster, you've got to try lobster from the sea (no claws and usually much bigger). They are 100x better than those crappy Maine lobster

and geoduck. It look disgusting but geoduck sashimi is so freaking good.

when i was in thailand i met a girl who had pics of people roasting rats on bbq's. Apparently you can go into stores there and be like I WANT THAT DOG and they'll fry it up for you.

:food-smiley-002:

never had pho but it looks good. food from Vietnam normally scares me when I see people eating bugs and frog brains on TV

Oh god what a horrible thread :) Ever since I started watching Alton Brown at the food network I've had a new respect for awesome food. Always been a big fan of just salmon and rice, usually pilaf with some kind of lemon sauce poured over.

That's on a 14" deep well plate.

Ingredients:

Ground Sirloin Beef
Hot Italian Sausage (Cut from the casing prior to cooking.)
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced Black Olives
Diced onions
Sliced Jalapeno' peppers
Sour Cream
Cream Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Sliced Jalapeno Jack Cheese
A ton of Taco Bell Fire & Hot sauce
Fresh Ground pepper
Fresh Chopped Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Fresh chopped Basil
Liquid Mesquite Smoke
Nature's Seasons (Brand Name)

Cook the beef & sausage in the olive oil with the liquid smoke, garlic, jalapenos, seasonings, and hot sauce (About 10 packets.).

Take that out of the pan leaving the juices in the pan. Next add butter to the pan and saute' the onions & mushrooms.

Then just add everything to the burrito with tons of hot sauce. (About 20 Taco Bell packets just on the inside.) It barely closes and so just flip it over on the plate. Then top the burrito with some cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.

I put another 14" plate on top of it and then microwave it for about 1.5 minutes on high.

This burrito weighs about 2.5 lbs. and no way have I ever been able to eat one in one sitting. It's about 2 or 3 sittings to finish the damn thing. Lulz

P.S. Knife and Fork are recommended to eat this.
