Sarah Palin's Dirty Little Secret

This guy seems to believe there's some sort of conspiracy between political figures, celebrities and internet marketers. It's honestly tl;dr but there's some crazy shit on there (lol @ Mike Filsaime's side by side with some terrorist).

Which one of you nutjobs cooked this up? I found it by clicking a link on someone's comments on a news article.
