Alright,

My recent thread http://www.wickedfire.com/shooting-shit/168446-lets-talk-about-leadership.html isn't going to achieve the end-result I'm after. I've decided that in order to teach good leadership traits in a business scenario, I need to create something interactive and fun.

The following game is going to play out like a Role Playing game with decisions, consequences, rewards, and collaboration. A business hierarchy will exist, and each of you will fill different roles. For the sake of this on-going exercise, I will be the GM (game master).

We will talk about frequency, roles, and rules once I have a list of 10-12 participants (no mare than 12 - first come first served).

Yes, this will play out like a game but it is meant to emphasis good business leadership and teamwork.

If you're interested, say so. My goal is to have everyone spun up and ready by the start of next week.

Serious people only. I will commit to making this a seriously entertaining and enriching experience if you give me a very manageable amount of your time.

I only request that you have over 500 posts to your name, and your reputation must be in good standing. This will not be time-intensive.

Doing > role-playing

Oh ho ho.

Such a white knight thing to say. But I agree with you. Doing is much better than role playing. But role playing is much better than theorizing on a forum.

This will be well put together, instructive and require little time from those of us with limited amounts of it. If you're content without this, that's fine. But don't be disillusioned. The time-value potential of this will be rewarding. And you may get to flaunt some sweet leadership skills.

There is a small mailbox here.

Only 485 more posts to go...

If you need a sub let me know, I'd like to participate.

If you can maybe overlook the lack of the 500 posts then I'd be down to join.

I don't wanna play, but I'd be glad to donate the requisite number of posts so that these two gentleman and their luxurious beards can join. Any good business needs lots of manly bearded awesomeness if it's going to succeed.
