I'm sitting in my office drinking Makers Mark to avoid the anarchy that is happening with her, my wife and kids trying to wrap presents. 6 weeks is just too damn long. I'm going somewhere else for Christmas.
 


Go get your gun and go in there with it and tell everyone to shut up. Anarchy problem solved!!!

I'm a scotch guy, but I love Makers Mark for whiskey drinking. 10000% better than JD.

And I have no idea why I agreed to 6 weeks. She's been here 3 already and it's a wonder I'm still sane.

I just found out recently that my mother used to spike my (and my siblings) baby milk with whisky to "send us off to sleep" when we were being too noisy. We're born drinkers, know our stuff. Also probably explains why my family is so fucked up.

I vote for business trip too. Tell everyone you're going to Philadelphia or somewhere equally as boring, and head out to Mexico or Brazil for a while.

This was pretty common back in the 70s and 80s, probably because it works :)
