They are hitting low because they are being fined for hitting them high, but hitting them low increases the risk of getting their feet tangled before they go down.

Trainers quickly looked at his right ankle and Manning was flexing his right leg during the timeout the Broncos were assessed following the play. The Broncos are believed to want to have an MRI on Manning's knee as well.


Manning stayed in the game and finished things out, but he was limping slightly in the locker room afterward.

2 QBs with foot injuries so far today. Saw quite a few quad injuries the last couple weeks, too. Peyton Manning is hurt a lot worse than he is letting on, Jake Locker is done for the season most likely. The Broncos have KC next.

The Titans have to go the rest of the season with a QB who, while playing well most of the 2nd half today, jacked the game off by handing the ball off to a guy on the other team. It would have been nice to have a shot at taking the division from the COlts on Thurs.
