I did experiment. I spent my last holiday getting tan on the beach. After 2 weeks my skin was really dark and somehow it made me want to rape, kill and rob. I hope my experience will serve WF community as an evidence that skin color directly influences your love for crime.

The racial makeup in my town: 97.29% White, 0.31% African American, 0.14% Native American, 0.59% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.50% from other races, and 1.16% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.06% of the population.

I never see any blacks.

The population of this room is - white people - 100% (1 person). And I never seem to have a problem with getting robbed or shot at when I'm here. Certainly not like you hear about on the news.

So yeah, it must be a problem with non-whites.
