I think i have a great idea for a movie reviews website ( I know its been done to death) but i really think i have something here. I dont know how to get started, i am very computer literate but i dont know or have any skill at designing a website. It will be pretty complicated to code. Where do i start? I appreciate any help.

I asked this because you think you like movies. In order to make a website and write constantly about something you must love it. I mean you must devour fucking movies.
get a domain. install wordpress. put in a theme. and write until you vomit, and if after vomiting your passion for movies is still there you may have a winnar on your hands.

I have to disagree. While I think deep understanding of and passion about particular niche is helpful, it is not critical.
No I really am serious. To each their own I say, and again, that factors into the site. The movie relaxes me. Dunno why, don't care.
