seeing alot of those all over from friends on facebook, i'm assuming it pulls your facebook info, etc. not going to click - what happens when it someone does click?

it's just themed like facebook to make people comfortable...it has nothing to do with facebook itself, it brings you directly to the survey page or whatever.
 
Be carefull, my Facebook profile says I liked it when I just opened that page and clicked Play. Haven't unlocked the content.
 
fucking insane, didnt click on it after reading comments. Sick bastards making money off earthquake. Sux, I saw one guy selling japanearthquake site on flippa. Jerk
 
wow that is fucked up, just clicking the button liked it. This thing is going to spread like mad.. and then facebook will murder them for spamming the network.
 
Yeah, this kind of click-jacking was going around with a Miley Cyrus video the other day... The og:url in the page cycles through a bunch of different .info domains where the actual click-jacking code lives. I was following three or four through graph.facebook.com and they were climbing in likes at about 1000 a minute or so for a bit. By the next day, they were all back down to less than 100 likes. My guess is that FB sees and cleans this kind of crap pretty quickly.
 
These types of pages pop up everywhere. There are a gazillion different variations, and these guys bank pretty well with them. Here's another one I just saw, and I'm not really outing anyone's page because FB will take this down by the end of the day, its a turn and burn type of deal. Plus the Bieber thing is played out anyway: Justin Bieber Crazy Outburst! Warning: It's a clickjacking page, so if you try to play the video you'll like it.
 
Call be dense but, is that going to actually make any money? Ie yes 1000s of people will like it but whats the point other than that? Theres no monitization on it...

it makes you do a survey before you can "watch" the video...where do you see no monetization?



I wouldn't mind getting a hold of this script for various other things...not so much the same thing as this.
