Wow I'm desensitized to this stuff - was just looking REALLY closely at the pic when the kid popped up, didn't even blink, just went down to look at the responses. I must have been on here too long :P
 
yeah, putting .jpg in the name was pretty crafty. fooled me. I was expecting a gif but saw .jpg in the name.

When my browser kept loading and loading and loading, I was like yea some stupid shit gona pop up.

If the fucker was smart, they would use 2 frames only, and set a delay on the first one long enough. But no , people gota make this 1 new frame for every second bull shit, thus making the thing load forever.

I reckon the 25 frames is the animation of him popping up. The first frame is really long. On the slow as fuck Telefonica connection here in Spain I saw the top of his head, then his eyes, then the nose, etc.
