The toddler and three other children were placed in child protective custody after a video posted by the Omaha Police Officer Association of two adults blasting obscenities and racial slurs at a young child went viral.

Authorities said the reason officers removed the children from the care of a 19-year-old woman had little to do with the Facebook video, but everything to do with safety.
