You know whats funny? I still havn't moved in yet. The painters just finished about a week and a half ago and I'm waiting for my new furniture to come in, lets hope it does before the end of the month or else I'm going to be homeless.
yeah I should probably start getting drunk off of lysol
what do you think of adcenter for arbi and affiliate?
I've also found that my sites do better in the serps when I update them once in a while and add some new content, might be something you should try.
Bah, this thread went gay long before I got here.
I know, i just wanted to say gayjacked.
I'll give it a shot. But I guess, like you I need to outsource this. It's pretty time consuming. And I think I have more than passed the threshhold on which my other sites could pay for the new sites. Let's see how it goes.
With my other businesses, I never had a problem with delegating. But with this, I don't know, I have a hard time letting go. I guess in the back of my head, I got this idea. If I give a web designer, what to do (niche, keywords, rough layout). That they'll say, shit that fool is making money and I could do it for myself. So now, I potentially have someone who could rip me off (I pay them and they don't deliver) and become a direct competitor. So that's why I mostly do it all myself and it's time consuming.
And before any asshats chime in on "well isn't that what your doing with knowledge from WF". Not directly. I don't know anyone's niche here. I have to find my own niche, keywords, test, my time, money, etc.
John, how do you deal with that? And how do you find reputable people to work for you?
And John thanks for the insights.
