Ever since I started using RescueTime based on Eskil's advice, I have become far more productive since I have my own numbers to beat.

Apart from that now I am using ProjectPier.org for project management (and coordinating stuff with my staff and freelancers) and outlook 2007 + my awesome e71 for everyday task management. Evernotes to keep clips and other random ideas...

Has anyone done any self analysis where they actually charted the highest ROI activities that they have (since time really is our most precious resource?). By that I mean, a 2 hour meeting setting up a JV is by far worth more than say 1 hour of bookmarking that one could outsource for pennies on the dollar. I really am trying to get to the point where I know down to the actual Eurodollar what my highest ROI activities are and don't spend close to any time on the other stuff - easier said than done however! Esp, with WF

I've been using Evernote for a year or so. It's amazingly useful for storing categorized information, or even uncategorized (search).

I used to use EverNote a good bit but I got out of the habit. I've always been one to actually write quick notes/ideas down on yellow pads while working and come back to them later after I've finished up whatever I was working on.

Keeps me from getting sidetracked and I can always take the time to file those ideas away more properly later.

My whiteboard is absolutely indispensable though.

YouthHostel:

1) Separate into paragraphs.
2) Clear sentences.
Thanks..
Don't make me do all of the heavy lifting here..

I'm just getting started with RescueTime, actually. Glad to hear others are getting such a positive effect from using it.
