Trump - This Country Is Going to Hell

...Trump being honest about it just shows what a lunatic he really is, not admirable.

This is the crux of the situation, really. Is it crazy for a man to run on a platform of "Lets call a spade a spade?" If so, what does that say about America? That we are a shitload of Liars by nature who don't know wrong from right?

YES, economically and in other ways too, China is our worst nightmare. It is kicking our ass and taking names, and only the worst kind of fool would think we don't need to be doing something about that huge problem.

Sadly, the problem with the current and past 10 administrations' attitude is that to maintain popularity, they make up excuses like WMD or downplay the priority of a problem massively, which doesn't let them address such problems at all, really. They can't openly plan to do something about it even if they're thinking about it, and worse yet, if they don't communicate it to the public then half or more of america has no idea the problem exists and hence it truly doesn't to the majority of voters.

...This is NOT the way to win the war.... And losing it doesn't sound like a good option!

Luke, China isn't our worst nightmare. China is what's been giving our government money to operate. As wrong as it is that the government got into the mess it has (we owed China a ton of money even before the economy tanked a few years ago), we can't cut ties or they'll call in their notes and bankrupt us.

Trump is just doing this for a popularity boost to increase revenue for everything Trump, nothing more. He has no intention of following through with the campaigning any further than is strategically necessary. Once the value gained line on his chart gets near the loss line, he'll pull out.

Yes, we need to do something about our economic dependencies on China, and every other country for that matter, but you don't shit where you eat. Trump's just after a shock and awe and can only say the things he is saying because he knows that China's not going to start taking him seriously until the last year of the campaigning.

I know this sounds out there, but I think Donald would be the most qualified person to get shit done. Read his books, look at what he's done. Obama isn't a real fucking leader. He's an actor, imo.

We're going to turn into Mexico in the next 10-20 years if someone doesn't do something to save the middle class.

Donald Trump is an asshole. Fuck him. Zero experience in government and he is an arrogant prick. He will further tarnish America's reputation and will piss off world leaders just as W did. Just because he is successful in business does not qualify him to be in the white house.

Ron Paul 2012.

This is why I will vote for him, what a breath of fresh air from these limp wrist pussies in politics, we need someone who demands respect and has real world experience.

And if you deal with business on the scale he does, you have plenty of experience in government.

I also like Ron Paul, maybe Trump/Paul for pres?

Experience in "Government" does not equate to success. Bush was a Governor when he was elected, that equates to a lot of years in Government. Was his presidency successful? Obama was a community organizer for the city of Chicago, has his presidency been successful?

Bush, you can fault him for a lot of things, but he did have business sense in a lot of respects because he also ran his own ranch and oil company. That's something Obama did not and still does not have. He is a lawyer, just like nearly every politician is and that's why our country has become such a shit hole - they bend and put loopholes into bills to benefit them and tack on hundreds of pages of legal jargon to cover them up.

Having said all that, we do need "someone WITH" Trump's business drive and past success to run our country, but we don't need "him".

The problem is, anyone on that level of success is out making more money and success - not willing to settle down and run a country. That's why you get stuck with career politicians instead of someone who fully understands that you should "serve" your country, better it, and then get out and let someone else have a turn.

Your right about that. But I'd honestly rather have someone like Trump, where we know in advance what he's doing it for and would be honest about it in fact, than the status quo some more. And "not willing to settle down and run a country" is just fine with me. -I just want him to fix some problems with it for a few years. Perhaps four of them. That's all.

Trump:
- Not afraid to piss people off
- Doesn't give a fuck WHAT you think - just calls it like he sees it
- Gives away TONS of money to charity
- NOT A POLITICIAN
- Has failed miserably and recovered from it
- Has business acumen
- Fucks hot bitches

Last month everyone was pretty interested and excited to hear donald trump might run. Its interesting to see how many people on here are now bashing him.

Personally I wouldn't mind seeing a businessman in the white house, but not donald trump.

Trump before he decided to run for president :

DONALD TRUMP: He inherited a mess. Mr. Bush gave him a total mess. But he's really trying hard. And I think he's doing as well as can be expected thus far. And I think, ultimately, he will be successful.

LARRY KING: Is there anything he isn't doing he should do?

DONALD TRUMP: Well, the word stimulus is probably not used in its fullest, Larry...
But overall, I think he's doing very well. You do need stimulus and you do have to keep the banks alive.

Yeah, he's being really wishy-washy, attacking everything Obama to the fullest trying to get the solid vote of the hard right and of course tea party.

-I am used to it though. He likely has my vote simply because he'll be so damn different in office. -And anything different than the past 100 years of american presidents is a damn good thing.
