Twitter Scraper Market?

Friend of mine has a twitter post scraper and looking to sell contents. Anyone have use for 10m+ posts/day based on specified params?

Note: I don't know shit about tweet scraping and what is good vs bad.

Twitter data is easy to get due to their API. You can copy/paste code from a number of tutorials and get the data.

Apparently we can include the tweet, account #, and retweets that particular post got.

He said he can have 10m a day tweets right now and can do much more if needed
