I wonder if it has anything to do with the recent announcement that the United States in going to sell Saudi Arabia 84 new F-15SA fighter jets, refurbish 72 of their older F-15s, provide munitions for them, and train their pilots.

Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz would cut off multiple Saudi Arabian ports.
 


If I had a dollar for every time someone mentions Iran, I'd be 'on a boat' anchored off Bora Bora sipping cool G & Ts.

Why can't countries go all out in war now? Enemies used to just try and flatten each other as quick as possible. America could flatten Iran in about 2 days if they wanted.

The UN would never allow that now though.

It makes me laugh that these countries think they can defend themselves.

America probably scraps more weapons every year than most of the rest of the world have between them.
