The FBI's hands are tied though, "lolicon" and drawings of child porn are legal by court precedent in the USA under freedom of speech. It was made illegal in Canada and is a large offense to possess or distribute this material (i.e. "lolicon"), but this is going to be a mess and probably end in a new court case that might overturn precedent.
