Just one of these units can survey a 15 square-mile radius. It uses a 1.8 gigapixel resolution (that's 1.8 billion pixels), which records about a million terabytes of video per day.

If that's what they are SHOWING you, you can bet your ass they have shit way more advanced.

Did you just hear about this? lol. If you think that's creepy & scary, you haven't seen anything yet !!! Watch what happens in the few years, they'll be everywhere in the skies... Plus police are using them too and some stations have been beta testing them for awhile now.

Like a double edge sword : They say it's for your own good & for safety reasons but at the same time, it's creepy & invades privacy and will definitely scare a lot of people, and make many upset & angry.

Mind blown yet ?

I can't believe you peasants are actually worried about drones. 50kw double-laser turrets are currently available - they can easily handle all of your drone problems.

Yeah let me dump like $5,000,000 in buying those and putting them around my city since I have that kinda cash. And deal with getting killed when the gov finds out you shot down a drone..

Also why should I have to buy something like this to protect my privacy/freedom? That would mean the gov is working against the citizens..

One step closer to George Orwell's 1984, slow incremental changes. Fact : Every year we get more and more used to losing our privacy and the government having more control over our lives. Facebook also has a lot of privacy issues with controversial new updates & changes rolling out all the time, always making people upset & angry & making headlines everywhere. It's only going to get worse.
