User Generated Content Turnkey Platforms

Just looking for the best, easy to use user generated content platform to use. I'm not sure if a multi user blog is the best or one with all the bells and whistles.

It would be just for people to join and network with other people for free and have their own blog or profile.

There's a few Open Source projects that look promising.

Elgg: the open source social networking platform -Sorta like a more serious MySpace clone

BoonEx - Community Software Experts -A MySpace clone evolved from a dating script.

There are also a few Open Source Digg clones out there.
