Verizon Wireless Users ... What Phone Are You Rockin?

What do you mean with magnifying glass feature? Zooming in on websites or emails? It sure does.

know like the magnifying glass to move the cursor, like if you had to delete one character, the iphone has a little magnifying glass that pops up to zoom in. really handy. droid x has it, i dont think incredible does, im leaning toward the incredible though.

If you haven't turned it on yet... don't.

Remove the battery and let the phone and battery air dry for a few days. Reconnect the battery and it may work.

I put my phone in the washing machine a few years ago (12 hours before I had to catch a plane to New York :angryfire:) and it worked fine after doing this. Turning it on with water all up in it fries a circuit or some shit (or so I've heard).

Oh, and to the OP: Droid, Droid X, or Incredible. All of the Android phones by Motorola and HTC are pretty cool. Personally, I prefer Android phones to Blackberries (and iPhones, although obviously not available from Verizon).

I got it working, it wasn't in the water long, i DID turn it on, then i took it apart and threw it in a bag of rice for like 4 hours, its running like normal now. bag of rice is the best trick, i'm the third person i know who had this work for their phone

just watched the phandroid review ... the dude does awesome reviews .. i'm most likely just goin w/ the droid incredible

Putting in a bag of uncooked rice will also help pull out moisture.

Droid X/HTC Evo have too big of a screen, unless you have really large hands, it's uncomfortable to type on. The Droid incredible is really nice, although HTC sense slows the phones down a little and is not the best, although it does make android more user friendly. I personally do not like android that much after using it for a few weeks. I like how Apple has strict rules on iphone apps and how they're made, better quality and they all pretty much have the same interface, so it doesn't take you time how to learn each app differently. When I had the Evo the battery life was terrible because processes kept running in the background (mostly facebook updates as that was turned on by default). Also I had my mail, messages, and keyboard apps crashing constantly, something that I think is common to HTC Evo / HTC Sense because my brothers droid never, or not often, has that problem.

Thats Just my comparison from android to iPhone, I like how everything runs smooth on the iphone too, and generally quicker too.

As for Blackberry vs Android...I honestly was sick of android after the three weeks of having it and was debating on getting a blackberry, but I hate physical keyboards and non touch screens...

Android 2.2 is probably a lot better, and I'm sure as they keep updating it will get better, but as for now It's not even comparable to iPhone OS or blackberrys
