Hello friend. Good luck bros.
Some of yall gay webmasters must be participating in various sports like basketball (pewep), chess (jews), tennis (mGrunin), cricket (if you are e-whoring terrorist from india). However, i am mostly interested in sport where black people steal shoot and run (basketball) and i would like to improve my vertical leap. I hear vertical jump bible is one of the best courses for vertical leap improvement. If any of yall ballers have some tips on this topic pls let me know.

I am 6'4 (195cm) 200lbs (90kg) no homo. I could lose a few kilos of fat, but i can dunk easily. I have a few years of lifting experience, never done any plyometrics. I am willing to put 6 months of serious training, but without weights, only bodyweight. So obviously i will have to do bodyweight strenght training workout (which is less effective than lifting) and plyos.

Did air alert back in high school. Increased at least 2-4 inches on jump. It works - I'm white, and can jump up to 5 inches now. Leaping over obstacles like my white brothers never will.

I was looking for those too but you beat me to it. I used them back in the day during my basketball training.
They really fkin do work.

I added about 6 inches to my vertical in about 4 months. 6 inches is a huge gain for your vertical jump.
Some of the gains go right to your penis too, so it has dual benefits.

Just go through your normal practice routine and wear them.
I got mad hops yo, and I am an angler saxon.

 
6'0" 210 lbs and I can still kinda sorta dunk at 38 years old. They ain't nearly as pretty as they used to be but I like to pull it out every once in awhile especially with a bunch of young Lebronabee's on the court. Been able to dunk since I was 15 so I have no idea how one would train to increase their vert, but I used to ride a bike everywhere when I was a kid so I'm guessing that helps. Maybe fuck a few fat girls too.
 
Chap - do you live near water? Perhaps a lake or the coast?

If so this is what you need... it pisses all over your repetitive exercises... quite literally.
