Communication:

Hands down he was professional and very friendly. All his replies were fast and clear. Delivered report in the time frame stated and was very through. He actually gave two reports 1. With the profile links that have been submitted and approved along with a complete list of social bookmark URLs. It was very clean and complete.

Process:

I placed the order gave him all the info and took note of my current keyword placement. I was invisible for my term and now I’m in position #14.

Quality/Results:

For the price and the amount of work done the value is Great! He also threw in a few extra links and that never hurts! I also noticed a nice little Serp boost as well.

Overall:

Over all the service was great, and the process went smoothly with quality work. The job went exactly as described and communication was perfect.

Process:

I placed the order and gave him the details, Url, one keyword as requested and got two reports back one for profile and one for the bookmarks. 2 days earlier then his given date.


Communication:

Was quick to reply however this is where I hit a problem with him. On the social bookmarks he did not use the keyword I specified, he did use a variation but I rather he asked me for a variation. Though he seemed to have just got it wrong.

For the profile links he used my keyword and a variation of the keyword. Though again he did this without consulting me. Again I would he rather have asked me for a variation so I could have used a more targeted variation.

Quality/Results:

Not taking into account the miscommunication the work itself was good; all manually done, had a related description in all the profile links and bookmarks giving the links some relevance.


Overall:

So work was good but the miscommunication really messed it up for me which is unfortunate because the price is decent as well. I did not ask for a refund because the work was done and manually doing must have been hard work.

Even though quality was not up to scratch which is a shame and which forces me to rate it 2/5 because the links were just not what I was after and this is what you expect from a 'link building service'.
