Right. I forgot. US only intervenes in countries where there's oil. Like in 1949 it intervened in Korea because of the oil stocks and other natural resource wealth contained in that peninsula.
And oh yeah, the Iraq thing (for you guys born after 1985). The US went JUST because of the oil. NOTHING to do with Saddam wanting to wipe out the Kurds.
The US kept patrolling a no-fly zone in that country for years just for shit and giggles.

Yet the US and British have been bombing Iraq in the "no-fly zones" for 12 years. While one can only condemn any country firing on our pilots, isn't the real argument whether we should continue to bomb Iraq relentlessly? Just since 1998, some 40,000 sorties have been flown over Iraq.

There is probably no single country that could take the US or Russia on a one to one fight. The only time either country has any issues is when they're fighting a non-country group or in recent times being held back by politicians would seem to think war should be nice.

It would be pretty shitty if we went to war with Iran. If that does happen be prepared to see US cities being bomb. I've known several Iranians (not born here, but immigrated) and they seem to be really nationalistic. They all love the US, but have said they'll fight for Iran if the US ever goes to war with them.

I think all of the countries in the world know that USA is about to attack Iran and big guns like Russia and China will have had talks with our diplomats for a long time making peaceful arrangements to facilitate it.
Sure, Russia doesn't have to like it but would they commit to Nuclear war with the US over one source of fuel? I doubt it. Iran's on its' own.

I have been reading vibes that (probably because of the election year) we are not too eager to follow Israhell in to Syria.
They are trying to force and command us it's amazing. Obama DID say we would back their play. But if we really do have intelligence in the are then they are certainly telling Obama that Iran is a huge mistake.
That said, Israhell STILL thinks they can fire off some missiles (I think there are 100 bases and a few thousand nukes, fairly sure they would use them) and go to war with Iran.
