Sampunk, do you mean civilians? I'm not sure anyone could shoot innocent surveillance, and if they could...well, then you're right, nobody would care. :D
 
I would not want this guy coming near a civilian or anyone else for that matter, he is obviously disturbed if he gets off on something like this and should either be discharged or sent on a kamikaze mission. Preferably the latter..
 
Might not be real. Look how the marine casually waves the puppy (prob doesn't let it go) but the next frame hes 50+ feet in the air above their heads.... sound is dubbed

I think it's more because of the mental state that's shown by someone displaying this sort of behavior. i.e. if they have absolutely no qualms about killing a puppy, then they probably won't have issues with massacring innocent women & children... and we all know what kind of PR shitstorm that creates for the army
Not to mention the fact that civilians can now sue the U.S. army for warcrimes, even though individual U.S. soldiers can't be charged with them.
Seriously, what's the deal with U.S. soldiers being exempted from international warcrimes tribunal? In the last 20 years, they've shown themselves more likely to commit them in front of a video camera than any other authorized State sponsored military group.

Then again, there's also the problem with something like 40% of U.S. combatants being mercenaries these days too...
Ehhh, the whole Gulf War 2 is fucked...

Okay....first off, I think the footage is FAKE.

I've watched it like 50 times and the "puppy" never moves and the wimpering or whatever sounds really fake. Watch the puppy throughout the whole video, seriously I never saw it move.

On to the next thing. How irrational and stupid are some people?

Threatening this guy's life, and making death threats on his family and harassing them as well - how exactly is that a logical, rational reaction to this video - even if it is REAL?

I don't get the whole treating animals as people thing, sorry.

There are lots of animals who have it pretty rough, yet as soon as someone does something to a cat or dog, people go ape-shit.

I'm not defending this type of thing, but thousands of cows are slaughtered daily and no one blinks an eye because they TASTE good.

I guess if dogs were just a bit more edible people wouldn't get nearly as outraged?

When was the last time a soldier who died was honored on the front page of DIGG?

War is some serious shit. While we all sit here in our comfy chairs and "stress out" about Google or some affiliate network, these motherfuckers are at WAR.

What the heck do you think that does to people? Can't anyone look at this from a little deeper level?
