Perhaps a WHMCS none branded license and there are also themes you can buy for it. WPReviews is a nice plugin. Maybe some sort of shopping cart software? I saw SERPiq the other day and that looks promising. You could fund a domain registrar reseller account if you can get decent pricing.

All of the ones I've seen can be beat on pricing by going to the right registrar tbh.
