Good question. I'm going to have to figure this one out when i get to the office on monday. I dont' know which one that site uses but the best i've ever seen/used was the one that warez.com and camelstyle.net used to use. It was a real slick one that was also pretty damn good at flushing out public proxies. I only started using it cus i had a hard time cheating the sites that used it. I don't remember what its called but I still have a copy of it somewhere, i just have to find it. I'll send you a pm when i do.
 
The one they have is just a topsite one and then the people who send the most traffic are at the top. Notice the signup link
