Not officially since 2008 - it was upgraded to class B again.

Although most coppers probably can't be arsed to arrest you for it.

I dunno why they don't just legalize the bloody lot and tax it. It would help sort their budget out. I suspect that's what tipped the balance in CA.

I doubt anyone is in prison for personal possession of an ounce or less. Selling and possessing large quantities for sale are still illegal...
