WF Competition 3 - Results

Good job emp. Looks like you did more shifting weight upwards than losing weight. How are you feeling, physically? Notice any difference in the quality of sleep, energy levels, appetite etc.?
Frank

I actually come from a background of having been through both, completely unfit (childhood and most of puberty, due to asthma and general non-sportyness) as well as being extremely fit (BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, running, etc...).

Due to a change of pace in life (sedentary job, etc..) I just got extremely unfit over the last years and decided to get back to fit beginning of this year. The WF competition is just my motivational vehicle.

So my energy levels are up, never had a problem with appetite (hah!), but my sleep always sucks.

Are you just trying to bulk up? - BigWill

Nope I don't do cylces. The cycling in between bulking and cutting is bullshit if you are going for a general, all around the year type of fitness.

If you want to go onto a BB stage, then cycling is for you. But not my goal, so I don't cycle.

You can also read up on the idiocy of it here:

To get back to your question: Nope.

I am doing general fitness, high intensity cardio 2* a week and bodyweight and sandbag exercises 3*a week.

The end result is a change in physique, loosing fat and building muscle.

I am aware that I will not loose much fat as possible or gain as much muscle as possible, but that is not what I am shooting for.

I know the body that will result (as I wore it for quite some time), so I am shooting for what I call "athletic" body.

but that, my friends, is quite some time to go.

hahaha.. get over it. That's actually underwear (I got out of the shower). Thought a look at legs might also proove that I am not going for the muscular-upper-body-on-scrawny-chicken-legs look that seems to be quite popular. (looking at everyone posting pics without legs showing)
