WF Healthy Diet Club (HARD BODY)

Its good to eat healthy, however, the key is to eat organic food.

This is because, organic food does not have fat that are harmful to your body, such as transfat.

The human body needs fat as well, but only healthy fat. Healthy fat are fat that are unprocessed, which are from anything that is organic. The reason is that fat is a very reactive substance, so if it goes through processing with heat and chemicals it will turn into harmful fat. This is why you should not eat deep fried food and all those processed fast food.

For fat, try to eat mono unsaturated fat, such as olive oil, peanuts etc.

You can also eat saturated fat, just gotta make sure they are organic.

Total bull crap, retarded first post. Can we ban this guy?

On the matter of rice, yeah white rice isn't that great for you. Yes brown is better but most of the time it tastes like shit. This isn't because of the rise but because of how it was made. I have one of those fancy japanese rice makers that cooks perfect brown rice for me and it tastes fantastic. It takes like 2-3hrs to cook but man it is really good.

- Salad (lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, onion baby!)

- Canned tuna, whole wheat bread and pasta

- Rice and chicken, beef, whatever

- 2.4 KM run a day

- Ghetto workout (no gym membership needed!)

I just took a hotdog, wrapped it in a dozen pieces of bacon, then wrapped that in a pancake, I deep fried that in a gallon of crisco at 350 for 5 minutes. I took it out and then rolled it in powdered sugar before covering it in chocolate sauce and wrapping it up in a peperoni Pizza. I took that and shoved it into a Turkey and deep-fried the whold thing. When done I shoved it up the ass of my neighbors dog before hitting him in the head w/ a shovel, and putting him on the barbecue. That should last me until dinner.

Oh and I do the unofficial wickedfire cardio workout, which consists of a bouncy ball and boobie posts.

Brown rice is better for you because it's not hulled like white rice is, making it higher in fiber and lower in calories. But yeah, brown tastes like shit. I can't stand it. Nothing improves it for me.

One carb food you can eat without worry is barley. It's high in fiber and low in calories. Cooking it for a long time makes it soft and thickens the soup, and it tastes pretty good. Here's my recipe for low carb/low fat/low calorie barley vegetable soup:

One half raw chicken, skinned, cut into quarters
or
1 quart of chicken stock
1 chopped onion
1 large soft tomato, chopped (canned is ok)
2/3 cup of barley
2 sliced carrots
2 stalks of sliced celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh works best)
1 TB chopped parsley (dried is ok)
2 TBs chopped dill (fresh or skip it)
1 crushed garlic clove
2 quarts of water (use 1 quart if using chicken stock instead of fresh)
1 TB vegetable oil (skip the oil if using fresh chicken)
salt and pepper to taste.

Throw it all in a big soup pot and cook for and hour or more. Remove the chicken if you're using fresh, and cut some chicken into the soup. Cooking the barley for a long time improves the flavor.

I'm doing pretty good diet-wise before, during and after-Vegas.

Just read the Primal Blueprint and started reading Mark's Daily Apple. Awesome stuff, really liking it so far. Incredible how much better you feel avoiding grains and sugar. Much more even energy levels.

oh it's nuts! my performance has skyrocketed, and I was a pretty damn healthy eater before. I also upped my fish oil from 3g to 12g/day, and my joint problems have disappeared too.
