There's been some discussion about making the Premium Business section free & invite-only. Members would be able to invite other members, but invites would be limited to one per month and only established members would be able to send them out.
The section could be used for sensitive topics that you wouldn't want out in the open.

I like this idea.

^^ and this ... It might be beneficial to come up with some kind of code that automatically kills a thread in the rest of the site. Perhaps it could be integrated with a special tag that automatically moves the thread to "premium business".

My point is, even if there's a section for trusted members, the general public is still going to talk about farticle strategies or whatever in the public areas.

I think it is a terrible idea. If WF turned to private/invite-only, information would still float around. Nothing can be done to prevent that, there are a lot of senior members here who have contacts and friends and information just spreads. I think we should stick with the current game plan of flaming n00bs and spamming them with dickrolls to prevent the retards from staying here long (and banning retards who made it past starting an intro thread).

Guys- in light of recent legal and other activities brought to light regarding AM..it seems to me that possibly Wickedfire should become a private, invite only forum and no index format. Undoubtedly, legal entities and others use this forum for info gathering, and although most of us are legit and conduct business in an ethical and legal manner, some do not, and the image that seems to be transpiring is one that isnt going in a positive direction. Internet marketing is NOT an evil business as some seem to be trying to portray..
