I've got a good spreadsheet for tracking P90X, now I just have to find it.

anyone who wants to find out how many calories a day they should eat, or track their measurements, or find out their bodyfat % - this spreadsheet has it all.

It's geared towards p90x but there's other useful stuff in there if you're not going the x route.

I already am ready, spent $50 yesterday on lean cuisine dinners.

Wouldn't the salt in those hurt your gains? not too sure about how bad salt is in your gains, but if I can buy it without i usually do.

So you guys recommend P90X? I would love to take up this challenge.

I hear it's mostly for guys you want to CUT not bulk. If your a skinny guy i would go with the regular "Clean Bulk" or Bulk then cut. If you guys need any help. forums.bodybuilders is usually a good place for advice. But i'm sure most of you already know that.

Good luck guys!, I'm doing this too, but I already have my personal goals to deal with, and don't like to post pics. I started at 310, and am 220 and 3 months away from my goal.

Supplements: Protein(shakes and post workout), Omega3(high concentration), vitamin D, Casein(at night).
 
Unlike time one, where I updated my thread daily and included all aspects of my journey, this time I'll be doing weekly pic updates and overall goals met and reached.

Most of my workouts will be bouldering. A great full-body workout.
