What are your thoughts on dog flipping?

I briefly thought about doing this. There good margins for dogs bought in TN, AL, MS and sold in FL. However, the FL has a number of restrictions that make it relatively expensive if you want to do it right regarding vet checks, age you can sell, vaccines. Not to mention there is a lemon law here, so you could get stuck with a hefty vet bill if the dog gets sick and they want to treat it. All it would take is a couple of sick puppies exposed to Parvo or some other disease, or even just a treatable birth defect and profits would be sucked up pretty quickly.

God fairing preacher also flips dogs....

As long as they are going into a safe and loving family, I don't see a problem with it.

It's either that or they get euthanized at an animal shelter.

Yeah I'm sure people flipping dogs give any kind of fucks about where the dog landed.

Dog Flipping is some scumbag shit, perfect for several people here.

I agree. Lots of people end up "flipping" these dogs to dog fighters who use them as bait. They do home inspections and end up failing to realize they've been scammed. You have to have experience in this and do GOOD background checks.

I bet you'd make more money by eliminating dog fighters and shitty breeders, especially puppy millers.

I think that if this is something I was seriously going to look into I would just breed my own and sell them. Stick to a few known healthy breeds that aren't apt to as many problems as others and you could scale a successful operation provided you reached your target audience and lived in the correct demographic.
