Dreamweaver, but your answer may depend on what your own personal needs are when coding. Dreamweaver is for full fledged design/development, but you may be just find with some of the editors mentioned.
 
Emacs - leverage about 30 years of text editing.

If you program, I would recommend spending the time learning emacs or vim. It's amazing how much faster you can go when you are free from the mouse and don't rely on the arrow keys to move around.

Yeah and when you add features that writes standard parts of code for you like basic for-loops when you press tab after writing "for", then it's really fast ;)
